Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Urvashi By Paridhi Gupta, we take great pride in offering high-quality ethnic wear designed with craftsmanship and care. To ensure fairness for all our customers and safeguard the quality of our products, please review our policy before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order & Customized Products
No return, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted for any made-to-order or customized pieces.
These products are handcrafted exclusively as per your specifications and therefore cannot be resold.
By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
To cancel, please send an email to urvashisaree@gmail.com or contact/watsapp ( +91 9810681504) with your Order ID and Full Name within the 24-hour window.
No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours, as production or dispatch begins shortly thereafter.
3. Return & Exchange Policy (For Ready-to-Ship Items Only)
We offer returns or exchanges only for ready-to-ship products, subject to the following terms:
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Return/exchange request must be made within 24 hrs of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Only one return or exchange cycle is allowed per order to maintain product quality.
Only the same product will be exchanged in case of a size issue or manufacturing defect.
In case the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any product on our website.
The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the issue was a verified manufacturing defect.
❌ Not Eligible For Return/Exchange If:
Product shows signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration.
Damage is not a manufacturing defect (e.g., damage due to mishandling, tearing, rough use, etc.).
Tags or original packaging are missing.
Request is made after the 3-day window or product is made-to-order.
4. Manufacturing Defect Clause
Only genuine manufacturing defects will be accepted for exchange or credit. This includes stitching issues,finishing, or missing embellishments.
Process:
Customers must share clear images or videos of the defect via email to [urvashisaree@gmail.com] and whatsapp (+91 9810681504)within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the product back to us via a reliable courier within 3 days of receiving the approval mail.
Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
We will send you a confirmatory email upon receiving the products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items reach us in new condition as described above.
Upon undertaking a quality test and thorough inspection, we will inform you about its decision on whether the return was accepted or rejected after receiving the product
If we accept the return request, the same new product will be sent to you .
However, if we reject the return/exchange request, we will ship the product back to you.
Our team will verify and, upon approval, arrange an exchange (same product) or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product was received in a damaged/defective condition due to our error.

Important Notes
Returns and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection by our team.
Any attempt to misuse the policy will lead to rejection of service and a permanent block from future orders.
We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if the product does not meet our conditions or appears to be misused.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the 1-month validity period.
Customers that we find abuse our return remake or exchange policies may be restricted from making additional purchases.
Altered garments cannot be cancelled/ exchanged.
ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE!
