1. Product Information

• All products are described and photographed to the best of our ability.

• As many items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, embroidery, and finish may occur.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Policy

• Orders for made-to-order or customized products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

• Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange under specific conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

• To cancel, email us at urvashisaree@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9810681504 with your Order ID and Full Name.

• No cancellations will be accepted after the 24-hour window.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Only ready-to-ship products are eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

• Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.

• Made-to-order and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Manufacturing Defects

• Only genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return/exchange.

• Customers must report defects within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos via email or WhatsApp.

• Products should not be sent back without receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

• Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

• For international orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

7. Store Credit

• Store credits issued for returns are valid for 1 month, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

8. Abuse & Misuse

• Any misuse of our return or exchange policy may result in cancellation of services and permanent account block.

• We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product fails to meet our criteria.

9. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, logos, and content on our platforms are the property of Urvashi By Paridhi Gupta and may not be used without permission.
